Espresso Bourbon Fizz (Shaken):
4 oz bourbon (Caskers / Drizly)
1 shot espresso, cooled
2 oz coffee simple syrup or Coffee Liquer
1-2 dashes of bitters (I used Peychaud's bitters)
1 large egg white
Splash of plain seltzer
